And FREE SHIPPING RETURN with the following restriction:
- In order to receive a replacement or refund on the defective products, the inkjets and toners MUST be returned at least 70% full.
- Customers that have ordered an incorrect product, can only return the item within 3 months from the date of the purchase, it MUST be unopened and unused. The shipping fee return to our warehouse is at the customer cost.
- The refund is processed ONLY FOR THE ITEM, the shipping costs are not refund, the shipping fees are paid ONLY for replacement of defective items.
- If any item is returned by the courrier company due of an incorrect address collected from the customer or the courrier wasn't able to deliver the item for any reason, the item is re-send after payment of all shipping fees.
How to proceed to return or exchange
- In order for us to process your return efficiently, you MUST request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION through SUPPORT before sending anything back.
- Please explain as clear as possible the return reason, we may get solution only through email and not need to send back the item.
- Along with your return authorization you will receive a FREE prepaid postage label in order to send back the faulty item.
- We will send an other replacement item just after the reception the faulty one.
- For a member customer we will send back the repalcement item before reception of the defective one.
